A rustic campsite located on a working farm in the heart of East Sussex.
Why not take some time out from the rat race to get back to nature and come camping. Relax with friends over a camp fire with a glass of wine and melting marshmallows.
Walk the dog to the pub for a pint of local beer. Take the kids for a cycle ride to the coast on the nearby Cuckoo Trail. Or just observe the Sussex countryside at its best and see barn owls and hares and listen to the nightingale on a summer's evening.
We offer a simple campsite on our farm, with drinking water, waste disposal and toilet and hot shower facilities. Camp fires are allowed in fire pits, and logs can be provided on request.
We welcome well behaved dogs, and children, but guests must be aware that this is still a working farm, with tractors, machinery and livestock in adjacent fields.
AROUND THE FARM
As a working farm, we are surrounded by nature. Take a walk along one of the many trails around ours and neighbouring farms and delight as you discover the bluebell woods, stumble across one of the 3 local pubs, or call into the local village at East Hoathly for a cup of tea and biscuits. Time it right and you may even see the lambs playing in the field nearby!
EXPLORE THE AREA
Located in the rural countryside of East Sussex, there are heaps of activities to do, from local hiking trails, horseriding, or even mountain biking on the famous South Downs Park. We are also a short drive from local towns for groceries, and the picturesque Cuckmere Haven and Beachy Head cliffs if you fancy getting some fresh sea air.
